Well Earned

I believe I deserve the A I have. I put effort into all of my work, and effort is the key to success. I pay attention and participate in class. I spend all of the time I need to on my writing and sometimes continuously go back to check it. I have not missed anything and made sure to keep up with my work.
This should be self explanatory as to why I earned the grade I have in Composition. I have put work into all my classes so it can pay off. Dedication and effort into the class reflect on my grade. Passing this class is an accomplished goal towards surviving and graduating college.

60's Rock and Roll history

Barry Drake presented a powerpoint of the music and major events of the 1960’s. He described what came about in each year of the sixties and how the music from then molded into the rock we have today. It was amazing to realize how many of the songs I have heard before. To think that artists I have listened to participated in some of the movements going on years. It’s interesting to know.
The preface was actually an assignment for Composition but I enjoyed it. I was feeling tired that night and had no intentions in going but considering it was mandatory I went. Once I arrived and the music played I eased up. There was a point during the slideshow that they started to burn incenses to create the atmosphere and I found it to be very creative. I think these type of event are helpful in meeting new people and dicovering their interests.

A story of Vietnam war times

I plan to write a story that involves having my husband in the Vietnam war. In Country will be my guide to writing a better story. My story idea is somewhat unclear. I might add or take some of what I already have out. After the draft revision I hope to have my story complete and ready to print.
